Simplicity was key to my test... no major diet (or lifestyle) changes, no dangerously high blood glucose levels, and easy enough to make it practical for an easily distracted guy like me. My choice was to add pineapple juice to my diet, one or two 8 ounce glasses a day, and eliminate coffee (not tough for me). I did not avoid red meat, though I'm not a big red meat eater anyway, but I did steer clear of Asparagus.
Two weeks later Jane helped me out with a little taste test. I should mention here that Jane's blow jobs are a mind-blowing orchestration of hand and mouth... and to better facilitate the "hand" aspect she slicked me up with some coconut oil first. Peter - The swallowing began before the pineapple experiment, so I'd have to say it was more something I wanted to do as not only a way to show my affection but it somehow made me feel closer to Dick.
